Stranded in 9° weather with our Espar heater dead in Winter Park. One of the service techs helped us over phone and email to troubleshoot the problem. I was able to do the repair remotely instead of coming in. A selfless, kind act that was and is much appreciated. Our heater, which had multiple issues over the last few years, is fully fixed!
