By far the best shop experience I’ve had in 16 years of being OTR, and that’s any shop experience of any kind, not just Thermo King shop experience. This place blows all of them out of the water. Professional, friendly, quick, and informative. The facility is clean and organized, check-in is super fast, the work is super fast, and checkout is super fast, just the best place to get any reefer, APU, or Thermo King related work completed. They should be the model for all shops across the country. Can’t say enough good things about them.
These guys know their business. Today we had to visit for some repairs and Jacob, Charlie, and Jaylan were the absolute best. Jacob explained in great detail what was going on with our apu and Jaylan and Charlie gave quotes for each piece and got us squared away. We came in after a couple trucks so had to wait a couple hours for those guys to be taken care of but once in, we were out in about an hour and a half. Lobby was spotless and although the waiting room was occupied at the time, they gave us the office to chill while we waited so huge thanks. 10/10

This Thermo King is great. I called and they got me in quickly. They found the problem and fixed it, then hooked up the computer to check for any other codes. They ran the APU for a while just to make sure there were no more codes and leaks. Friendly staff and a clean dealership. If I’m in the area and have any more problems, I’ll bring my truck and APU back. I highly recommend this shop.
